WEST (SURFACE OWNER AND CO-OGM OWNER), KARL CLAY (CO-OGM OWNER), KEITH CLAY (CO-OGM OWNER), KEVIN CLAY (CO-OGM OWNER), BRIAN MATLACK (CO-OGM OWNER), ANY AND ALL, EACH AND EVERY, OTHER PERSON, ENTITY, HEIR, ASSIGN DEVISEE, SPOUSE, SUCCESSOR, CREDITOR, JUDGMENT LIEN HOLDER, GRANTEE, FIDUCIARY, CLAIMANT, SURFACE OWNER, KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, OIL, GAS AND MINERAL OWNER, ASSIGNEE, OR LESSEE WHO OWNS, CLAIMS TO OWN OR POSSESSES AN INTEREST IN AND TO THAT CERTAIN LOT, TRACT OR PARCEL OF REAL ESTATE SAID TO CONTAIN 32 ACRES, KNOWN AS THE SALLYKIMBALL FARM, SITUATE IN THE UNION DISTRICT, PLEASANTS COUNTY, WEST VIRGINIA, WHICH ENTITLES SUCH PERSON OR ENTITY TO THE RIGHT TO REDEEM THE REAL ESTATE AS PROVIDED UNDER LAW, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.

You will take notice that L & M INVESTMENT COMPANY LLC, the purchaser of the tax lien(s) on the following real estate, Certificate of Sale: 2018-S-00000043, 32M SALLY KIMBALL FARM .3174% INT, located in UNION, which was returned delinquent in the name of MATLACK BRYON, and for which the tax lien(s) thereon was sold by the sheriff of Pleasants County at the sale for delinquent taxes made on the 2nd day of November, 2018, has requested that you be notified that a deed for such real estate will be made to him or her on or after April 1, 2020, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate. The amount you will have to on the last day, March 31, 2020 will be as follows:
